Major Features & Improvements
- Customer Hierarchy and Customer Analysis - A new Customer analysis tool, which builds off of the new Customer Hierarchy, allows you to see your customer behavior over time, allow you to drill down into customers by category, by forecast group, by customer, and even down to individual customer ship-to locations.
- StockIQ Home Dashboard 2.0 - The new StockIQ home page includes 3 tabs of information - Inventory KPI's, Sales KPI's, and all of the alert counts.
- Edit Customer Forecasts - This bulk-editing tool allows you to modify multiple forecasts at the bottom of your hierarchy with a few clicks, avoiding having to do a top-down forecast change if you don't want to, answering the question How can I adjust forecasts up or down for many items at once? - see Edit Customer Forecasts
- Partial Substitutes - The substitutes logic now allows partial substitutes, so if you have almost enough in a substitute to satisfy a replenishment need, StockIQ can suggest it for you. See Substitutes and Substitute Order Settings
