Major Improvements & Features
Large Performance Speed Increases
One of our key priorities in the Mount of the Holy Cross version was to make StockIQ speedier for all users, regardless of model size. After much optimization, we are proud to announce the following loading time improvements for the key features your team use every single day
Buyer Scorecard
One of the oldest requests we've had on our development backlog has been "Please give me a way to view my buyers' activity such as forecast views, orders placed, alerts reviewed, and more". Finally, we are pleased to unveil the Buyer Scorecard screen in the Home module. This screen has tons of tabs, grids, and charts to see how your team is engaging with StockIQ and where manual forecasts or ordering modifications can be reduced to make everyone's lives easier
Item Dashboard
New to the Home module is the Item Dashboard screen. This screen is designed to be your one-stop shop on item activity across your whole network. View aggregated key facts such as inventory levels, order schedules, and more for your selected sites
Order Schedule Multi-Select
Another key feature within the Item Dashboard is that you can now select multiple sites for a given item to see an aggregated order schedule. Just like in the Order Schedule screen, you can see planned orders, projected inventory, and incoming supply but now you are able to see these facts for more than one site at a time
Forecast Growth
Our new Forecast Growth screen allows you to see forecasted growth for specific time frames, hierarchies, or hierarchy levels in aggregate instead of having to open several tabs of Forecast Manager to retrieve these values. And in classic StockIQ fashion, this report is exportable to bring back to your team for future SIOP discussions
Item-Level (Region) Classing
We've added the ability to classify your items by site group to allow for more network-wide awareness of a SKU's importance, versus simply at a single site. This allows for the commonly requested "Item-Level" classing if you wish to. More specifically, you can configure regions in which you want individual items classed, including a "All Warehouses" region if you wish.
These new settings can be found in the Site Group Classing screen.
In addition to the new settings screen, the Stratification Detail screen in the Inventory module will also reflect your new classing values, and you can select between StockIQ choosing Site-Group (Region) level classing or traditional item-site based classing.
Customer Estimates
In addition to our existing Customer Ship-To Estimates, you can now add estimates for all ship-to's under a single customer. The new Customer Estimates tab lives in the existing Estimates screen.
Edit Disaggregation Wizard - Planning Bill Assignment
Expanding on our new Planning Bill features introduced in the Mount Huron version of StockIQ, we now have a Edit Disaggregation Wizard. Similar to how our other wizard dialogs work, you can enter this wizard by hitting Edit > Edit Disaggregation in Forecast Manager. From there, we will direct you through a series of screens to help you modify disaggregation for child hierarchy nodes across your product categories.
This is targeted towards making it as easy as possible to apply the proper planning bills to your different products in an efficient way for your size/color/style type of products.
Forecast Model Adjustments
The new Forecast Model Adjustments screen is a report that tracks all Forecast Model Adjustments made in Forecast manager. You can now review all adjustments without having to dig through various hierarchy nodes and can easily delete model adjustments that are no longer needed
New User Interface Options
With lots to see in Forecast Manager, you may want to adjust how much real estate various tabs, columns, and other visuals take up. We've added a few options for you to optimize their view to emphasize what really matters to them.
Users now have the ability to show or hide various tabs in Forecast Manager.
Additionally you can toggle input widths in context menu. Both of these selections can be saved as part of a View so the selections persist over time.
In other areas of the app, you can now toggle between columns being truncated or wrapped.
StockIQ will also save the position of the side navigation, e.g. if you collapse it, it will stay that way between logins or new tabs
Order Schedule Improvements
We've added a new setting in Global Replenishment Settings to set your preferred default layout (vertical or horizontal) for the order schedule to be used throughout StockIQ
Finally, it is also now possible to show historical data on the order schedule grid as well (similar to what is shown in Sawtooth today). You can access this by opening Order Schedule Display Options
At-Risk Customer Notification Dialog
New in the Open Sales Order screen in the Sales module is the At-Risk Customer Notification Dialog. This dialog can be found by hitting Edit > Email At-Risk Customers. Our goal here was to give you an easy way to notify your customers that their orders may be late. After reviewing the order details, you can preview and send an email directly from StockIQ to your selected customer
Forecast Blending
New in the Forecast Settings Tab of Forecast Manager is the Forecast Blending dialog. For the selected hierarchy node, you can blend your desired percentages from each of your configured forecasts series into one final forecast
Inventory Aging Report
The new Inventory Aging screen in the Inventory module help you monitor the age of your products on hand based on receipt history and quantity. You can configure the data to be displayed by different aging methods (LIFO vs FIFO) and selected date buckets.
Details from this report can also be found in the Inventory Snapshot and in the On Hand tab of Forecast Manager
Customer Stratification
In addition to being able to classify your items, you are now able to classify your customers in the Customer Stratification screen under the new Customers module. This module is available to users with Admin or Customer module access. This will allow you to see which customers are the most important to your business so you can dial in service levels and fill rates for their orders even more. You can set up the stratification buckets in the Customer Class Settings screen in System Configuration.
Just like item stratification detail, we also have a grid for customer stratification detail so you can see the contributing metrics to why your customers are bucketed a certain way.
