This article describes how to split up one supply order into multiple orders within Place Orders.
Step 1: Begin by adding all of the suppliers you wish to order from in Step 1. Once this is done, continue to Step 2 by hitting Next.
Step 2: Add all of the items you wish to order, regardless of how you would like them split into different orders. Edit order qty, purchase cost, etc as desired. Once you are satisfied, continue on to Step 3.
Step 3: Step 3 is just a pass through screen to make sure there are no glaring issues with any of the lines
Step 4: This is the screen where you can select how you would like to split up the orders. Simply select the checkbox for how you would like the orders split up and StockIQ will create separate supply orders accordingly.

- Split By Supplier's Item Category
- Split By Container
- Split By Individual Line
- Split By Expedited Order
- Split By Supplier Location
- Split By Expected Ship Window
- Split By Planned Receipt Window
You can see the exactly how the orders are being assigned by looking in the Summary and Assignment Details grids below the Order Number Assignments. As long as you are happy with how the orders are split, you are set to continue to the next step by hitting Next.
Step 5: This screen is a confirmation of the different orders StockIQ is about to place. If you are satisfied, hit Place Order. Otherwise make adjustments as needed in the previous screens.
