Definition
The ItemSiteServiceLevel Alert will notify you when item-sites are above or below their target service level. The goal is to help identify, in an automated way, when item-sites are not meeting their target service levels.
The main screen for the ItemSiteServiceLevel alert is the Service Level screen.
The ItemSiteServiceLevel Settings control when you see alerts for the ItemSiteServiceLevel alert messages.
- Alert on Non-Stock Items- Sets if service level alerts should be generated for non-stock order policy items. Generally, you would not want to do this
- Minimum Amount Below Service Level- How far below target service level before you want to be alerted. Leave blank to disable this test
- Minimum Amount Above Service Level-How far above target service level before you want to be alerted. Leave blank to disable this test
