Summary
The Service Level screen allows you to look at recent service level performance to your customers. Each tab within this screen shows a grid of information, with detail available when you click any particular entry. The grid shows recent service level measurements that correlate to your Display Options, e.g. service level bucketed by week, month, quarter, or year.
It may be useful to review the definitions of Service Level & Fill Rate before using this screen.
