The Inventory Expiration Alert will notify you when expiration dates for items are coming up.
The goal is to help identify, in an automated way, exactly how long items have before they expire.
The main screen for the Inventory Expiration alert is the Inventory Expiration screen.
The Inventory Expiration Settings control when you see alerts for the Inventory Expiration alert messages.
- Minimum Days Away- Minimum days away before the expiration becomes an alert
- Minimum Expiring Balance- Minimum on hand balance of expiring inventory before an alert is generated
- Minimum Expiring Units- Minimum number of units expiring before an alert is generated
