If some of your item-sites are missing from the service level screen, here are a few common things to check:
- No Sales - You haven't sold this item out of this warehouse in a long time and/or demand has been remapped out of that warehouse to another warehouse. If there is no demand, then there is nothing against which to measure your service level.
- It is a non-stock item - By default, StockIQ does not bother calculating service level on non-stock items. You've made the decision not to stock these items, so service level is likely going to be close to or very near 0%. You can change this in the Global Service Level Settings
