Definition
The DeadStock Alert will notify you when dead stock has surpassed a pre-set balanace or number of units. The goal is to help identify, in an automated way, when you have large amounts of dead stock for different items in your inventory.
The main screen for the DeadStock alert is the Dead Stock screen.
The DeadStock Settings control when you see alerts for the DeadStock alert messages.
- Minimum Dead Balance- Minimum on hand balance of dead inventory before an alert is generated
- Minimum Dead Units- Minimum # of units dead before an alert is generated
