Major Improvements & Features
- Capacity Planning Adjustments - After a long time being able to view your resource capacity plan in StockIQ, now you can actually do something about it. A new user interface with key facts such as class, days supply and days until being out allow you to make manual adjustments to your capacity plan, and then save those adjustments to turn them into action via the Place Orders screen. see Capacity Planning
- StockIQ Playbook - To help make sure that everybody is aware of our recommended best practices, and to give you some published guidelines to aim for, we have created a StockIQ Playbook that outlines basic strategies, best practices, and also "red flags" to be aware of. - Service Level Optimization - New and updated in the Inventory module, the Service Level Optimization module allows you to optimize your service level targets on a specific part-by-part basis, using a given budget for your warehouse's safety stock level. Set a budget for your site or sites, and let StockIQ suggest specific adjustments to minimize stock outs, maximize revenue, or find the optimal tradeoff between both.
- Auto-Ordering Filters - When auto-ordering, you can now set up filters for each auto-ordering combination to include and exclude items for a particular supplier-site order schedule, in order to tailor what you actually order automatically.
- Vendor Load Balancing - Vendor Load Balancing allows you to specify target percentage of demand you want to plan and split between suppliers. StockIQ will plan and recommend according to the desired split on an item-site-supplier specific basis. See Item-Site-Supplier Load Balancing
- Sales Order Available-To-Promise Estimation - In the Open Sales Orders screen, StockIQ now includes calculations on the expected fill date for each open sales order line, based on all open demands for a product, your current on-hand, and your open incoming supplies. StockIQ will tell you when you will next be able to fulfill some quantity on that order, when we think the order will be totally fulfilled, and from what source that will be, such as current on-hand, or an incoming supply order. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration - With more and more Dynamics customers, from GP, to NAV, and AX choosing to move to Microsoft's Dynamics 365 platform, we're happy to announce that we have a full integration to D365BC.
- Dependent Open Demand Detail - When looking at your open demands for an item, in addition to direct demands on your item, you can now see any open demands from parent items, along with details about them such as their date opened, quantity, etc. See Inventory Snapshot, Customer Orders tab.
- Epicor ERP Integration - Continuing our thread of enhancing our ERP integrations, we are also happy to announce a fully packaged, native integration with Epicor.
Minor Improvements
- Add option in Order Wizard to update existing rows rather than replace the entire grid
- Update Safety Stock Override "Apply When" parameter to apply to the whole override properly

- Split order lines when they are above Max Order Quantity in Place Orders screen for more efficient work order creation.

Bug Fixes
- Fix WorkOrderBomEntry starting from remaining release quantity when creating remaining quantity to issue
- BoM forwarding should not be done when replacement is not copying inventory
- EOQ calculated incorrectly in some situations
- daily usage calculated too low on items with very long lead time
- Error message when using Place Orders "Add Lines" under some conditions
- Unique Key error message when saving or deleting forecast settings under some conditions
- Future years not shown in filter box in Forecast Analysis
- StockIQ Line status column broken in open order grid
- Open demands in "Hold" status are not included in open demand summary
