Item-Centric Forecasting (No Forecast Groups)
If you are using Item-Centric Forecasting, this problem most likely occurred because someone accidentally selected the 'All forecast groups...' when trying to to add new item forecasts in Forecast Manager.
Hybrid Forecasting (Forecast Groups)
A similar error as above can also occur with Hybrid Forecasting. Another common error is that there was a typo in the Forecast Group Code for a Forecast Upload.
