Summary
The Discontinued Items screen provides insight into items that have been discontinued and their remaining life to help in understanding and making decisions for any remaining inventory.
Items can be discontinued if:
- The item is marked as Discontinued in your ERP, and this is sent to StockIQ in the Item-Site data extract.
- The item is marked with "Do Not Order" for an order policy.
- The item is passed the Obsolete Date.
- The item is Replaced by an Item-Site Replacement.
NOTE: Being discontinued (e.g. "we are no longer ordering this") is different than being an inactive item. The Inactive Items screen can be used to review these, and you can read more about inactive items here.
