This screen provides visualization to records that have been marked as inactive and/or removed in StockIQ.
There is one tab for each of the types that StockIQ can mark as inactive or removed, depending on what is coming from the data feeds.
There are two primary uses for this screen:
- Data cleanup - Permanently delete records removed to reduce database size
- Reactivation - Sometimes it is helpful to manually activate an item deactivated by StockIQ if you wish to enter an override.
- NOTE: Importing a forecast will automatically reactivate an item for you.
NOTE: StockIQ automatically deletes records marked as removed after 6 months of not being sent on the data extracts.
You can select records using clicks, SHIFT+Click, CTRL+Click etc, and then clicking the delete button.
WARNING: If you select nothing and click the Delete button, SIQ will offer to remove all inactive records
TIP: Do not delete records that are Inactive but not removed. They will simply be re-added from the data extracts the next day and then re-inactivated by StockIQ.
