The Default Order Policy screen allows you to set the default order policy rules within StockIQ for your organization.
Access this screen by going to Admin--> System Configuration --> Default Order Policy.

Method - By default, StockIQ is configured to use the Host ERP's order policy when one is provided via the data integration. This is usually the best approach, so that items specifically set to non-stock or do-not-order type policies in the ERP are honored by StockIQ. The list of values is:
- Host Provided - Use whatever is coming out of the host ERP system
- Host Value When Provided - Use the ERP value if there is one, otherwise the SIQ value (recommended)
- StockIQ - Use what StockIQ is calculating using the StockIQ Order Policy Settings rules
In all cases, if no order policy can be resolved using the rules above, StockIQ will fall back on the overall system global default specified in the Global Order Policy Settings.
