Summary
The Custom Planning Bill Settings screen is where you configure new planning bills you'd like to use for demand disaggregation in Forecast Manager.
It is accessible by clicking Admin > System Configuration > Custom Planning Bill Settings
Custom Planning Bills Grid
The grid at the top left of the screen will show currently configured Planning Bills and the associated hierarchy level at which the planning bill was created.
Planning Bill Values/Configure Custom Planning Bill
To configure a new planning bill, begin by hitting the New button in the upper righthand corner of the screen. Enter the Name of your new custom planning bill and the Hierarchy Level at which the bill should exist at. Then in the lower righthand grid, hit the + button to add new values and weights for properties within that hierarchy level. Be sure your weights add up to 100%. When done, hit Save up top.
If you would like to clone and modify any existing planning bills, select the planning bill in the upper left grid and hit the Clone button. Modify the Name and the weight values in the lower righthand grid then hit Save.
If you would like to modify the weight values in the Planning Bill Values grid, simply click on the weight, make your edit, and hit enter. Be sure your weights add up to 100%. Then hit Save up top.
If you would like to disable/remove any existing planning bills, select the planning bill in the upper left grid and hit the Delete button
NOTE: The configured calculated planning bill will override any old existing Fair Share Weight disaggregation in Forecast Manager. However you can override individual hierarchy nodes with the Disaggregation tab in Forecast Manager
