Step 2 of the place orders screen is the main area where you will build your order.
The grid will list all the items recommended for ordering, and you can add/remove them from the order with the checkbox column. You can edit quantities and dates as well.
When you're happy, you'll click "Next" to move on to step 3, where the order validations will run to make sure the order is sensible.
It is made up of several parts:
- The main editing grid with various Supply Order Line Grid Columns and its associated flags and colors
- Place Orders Edit Menu - contains options for adding and removing rows, wizards, order saving, and more.
- Tabs at the bottom showing things like:
- Item Details
- Order Schedule Detail
- Forecast Summary Chart
- Sawtooth Chart
- Substitutes
- Supplier Minimums
- Blanket PO's
- Notes
- Supplier Totals (if you have selected multiple suppliers)
