Summary
The Calculated Planning Bill Settings screen is where you configure how StockIQ auto-calculates demand disaggregation weights for a given hierarchy level based on historical demand.
It is accessible by clicking Admin > System Configuration > Calculated Planning Bill Settings.
Calculated Planning Bills Grid
The grid at the top left of the screen will show currently configured Planning Bill settings and the associated hierarchy level at which the planning bill is calculated.
As you select a given planning bill in the upper left grid, the lower Calculated Planning Bills grid will populate with the results of StockIQ's calculations for that configured bill. Similarly, as you select a resulting calculated planning bill, the chart below will populate with a visual representation of the weights across the values that fall within the configured hierarchy and filter properties. These values can also be seen with precise percentages in the adjoining grid
Configure Custom Planning Bill
To configure a new calculated planning bill, begin by hitting the New button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Enter the Name of your new calculated custom planning bill, the Hierarchy Level at which you would like calculations to be run, any Filter Properties (usually item-site categories) you'd like to have considered, and finally any Notes you want associated with the bill.
Once a new calculated planning bill has been saved, you can hit Calculate Now for StockIQ to run its calculations. NOTE: In order for calculations to be run for your newly configured planning bill, you must turn on 'Planning Bill Calculation Enabled' in the Global Planning Bill Settings
If you would like to disable/remove any existing calculated planning bills, select the planning bill in the upper left grid and hit the Delete button
NOTE: Similar to Custom Planning Bill Settings, the configured calculated planning bill will override any old existing Fair Share Weight disaggregation in Forecast Manager. However you can override individual hierarchy nodes with the Disaggregation tab in Forecast Manager
