Summary
The Disaggregation tab of Forecast Manager allows you to view and select how forecasted demand should be disaggregated from a certain hierarchy node downwards
It is located primarily in the bottom half of the Forecast Manager screen, in amongst the other settings tabs.
Settings

Disaggregation Mode- which mode of forecast disaggregation you'd like to use for the selected hierarchy node
- Historical Fair Share Weight (default)- Weights from historical sales will be used for disaggregation. NOTE: you can click into the Fair Share Weights hyperlink to view the distribution calculated by this setting
- Statistical Forecast Fair Share Weight- Weights according to the statistical forecast will be used for disaggregation. NOTE: you can click into the Fair Share Weights hyperlink to view the distribution calculated by this setting

Planning Bill- whether or not you want to use a custom planning bill for disaggregation
- Select Planning Bill- Click into the Select Planning Bill hyperlink to choose which Planning Bill from the Custom Planning Bills screen you'd like to use for disaggregation
