This article describes how to get or send a new password.
Two ways, depending on if you're the user, or an administrator:
User:
- Go to the StockIQ login screen
- and click the "Forgot Password" button
- Enter your user name or email address.
- A new password will be generated and mailed to you.
Administrator:
- Go to the Manage Users page,
- click the user's name,
- Click "Reset Password". A new password email will be sent.
NOTE: Make sure to check your spam folders if the email does not arrive in a few minutes.
