A few flags are shown in the place orders grid, step 2, to help indicate some status information.
Here is a summary:
Green: You have edited this cell, e.g. modified a quantity or a date.
Red: There is a problem with this line, for example, you are ordering more than the warehouse has available, you are under supplier-item minimums, or your manufacturing plan is at risk.
When you click on the row where this red flag is displayed, a note will be shown below the grid indicating details of the error or warning.
Orange: This item has a substitute order available you may want to take advantage of. Check the "Substitutes" tab where we will show you the substitute.
Purple: This line is using a modified lead time, such as from the Expedite Wizard or when a shorter lead time is available if releasing from a blanket PO with skipped manufacturing lead time
