Global Report Card Settings are settings that control the warning thresholds displayed on a report card and how often new report cards are created. It can be accessed by going to Admin --> System Configuration --> Global Report Card Settings.
A description of some of these settings is below:
- Update Frequency - How often you'd like a new report card to be built
- Stockouts % Threshold - Max % stockouts out of all active item-sites before a warning is showed
- Excess % Threshold- Max % excess items out of all active item-sites before a warning is showed
- Dead % Threshold- Max % dead items out of all active item-sites before a warning is showed
- SS Overrides % Threshold- Max % safety stock overrides out of all active item-sites before a warning is showed
- # Forecasts Viewed Threshold- Minimum # of forecasts viewed in the last 30 days before a warning is showed
- # POs Placed Threshold- Minimum # of POs placed in the last 30 days before a warning is showed
- On Hand Vs Target % Threshold- Maximum % on hand value vs target value before a warning is showed
