Global lost sales settings provide a few configuration settings surrounding lost sales.
It is accessible in the Admin --> System Configuration area.
Is Enabled - This is a global switch turning on calculation of lost sales or not. Usually you will leave this enabled.
Update Frequency - When StockIQ is doing the calculations, how often should lost sales calculations be updated? Setting this to Weekly or even just "Daily" instead of each refresh can save some refresh time on larger models.
Lost Sales Data Source - Determines whether the lost sales are calculated by StockIQ, or being read from a customer data feed of known lost sales.
Modifications to these settings take effect at the next calculate/refresh of data.
