If you are upgrading your ERP to a newer version, here's what needs to be done for StockIQ and the new ERP version to be compatible
- Great Plains (GP) - No additional work needed. Upgrade when ready
- D365 Finance (F&O)- No additional work needed. Upgrade when ready
- D365 Business Central (BC)- Please reach out to StockIQ Support to receive the updated extension to install in BC
- Acumatica- Please reach out to StockIQ Support in order for us to backup your Generic Inquiries. Once the upgrade is done, we will restore the Generic Inquiries to ensure there is no data loss. Usually takes an hour or less
