Summary
The Service Level Overrides screen allows you to configure a specific service level target for a particular item-site, without relying on what service level is assigned by the Class Settings, Margin-Optimized Service Level, or the Service Level Optimization screen.
It is accessible by clicking to Admin --> System Configuration --> Service Level Overrides
Column Description
Click the "+" icon at the far right of the grid to add a new row, or click the "Edit" link to edit an existing one.
- Item, Site - The item and site for which you wish to create an override
- Target Service Level - The target service level you wish to save, up to 99.9999%.
When you are done, click "Save", and the override will be saved.
NOTE: It is often better to override your safety stock directly to achieve a desired result, then indirectly via a service level override.
A Refresh of StockIQ is needed for these updates to apply to planning in StockIQ.
