The Statistical Safety Stock Overrides screen allows you to provide individual control over the rules that StockIQ will use when it is calculating its Statistical Inventory values, the most important of which is Safety Stock.
Once StockIQ calculates a statistical safety stock, then the rules in your Safety Stock Overrides (or Default Safety Stock Settings) are applied to decide which safety stock value is ultimately chosen as your Active Safety Stock.
This screen is accessed by going to Admin --> System Configuration --> Statistical Safety Stock Overrides
Once you have gotten to the screen, click the "+" icon in the grid to add a new override, and fill in the values to complete your override. When done, click the "Save" link. StockIQ will replan your item immediately.
