Your StockIQ license gives you unlimited number of users.
For any StockIQ user who has the Administrator role, you can add new users in the "Security" screen under the Admin module.
- In the Admin Module, click the "Security" screen.
- Click the "New User" button at the top right of the screen
- Fill out the form with all the fields for the user
- Important: Make sure to check the "User Is Active" checkbox.
- Select the Roles that you would like the user to have by clicking the checkbox next to the role in the Roles grid. Every user should have the "Standard User" role, and you can optionally add "Override" or "Admin" rights, as well as read or read/write access to the various modules.
- Click "Save". The user will be saved, and a welcome email will be sent to the user. When the email has been successfully sent, a blue confirmation message will be shown in the bottom of the screen.
- Optional: Once the user has been created, you can optionally filter down the values they can see by selecting values in the Sites, Suppliers, Buyers, and Category 1 lists. If you select no values, then the user is given access to everything in that list.
