Summary
The Lost Sales screen provides some detail about individual lost sales in a reporting-friendly format.
Lost Sales Grid
At the top of the screen are all of your lost sales, at your selected hierarchy level.
The total lost sales quantity by item, site, and period date (e.g. month or week) are shown, along with any associated COGS or Revenue loss if available.
Click on row to view detail in the bottom half of the screen.
Clicking on a row will give you stockouts detail for the selected item-site, across all measurements and history that we have, including any current-ongoing stockouts. The right side of the screen will show the forecast chart for your item, including the lost sales.
Display Options
Click the Display Options button to see the display options. These are:
Interval - Do you want to see the data grouped in Monthly or Weekly buckets?
Hierarchy Level - How do you want the lost sales aggregated? Lost sales are calculated at the very bottom level of your hierarchy, but can be aggregated for convenience here in this screen.
