The Custom Reports screen in StockIQ gives you access to any custom reports that have been developed for you by StockIQ.
It is accessible by clicking to Data --> Custom Reports.
Creating Custom Reports
Out-of-the-box, there are no custom reports for your StockIQ instance, so the screen will show no options.
If you have a need for a custom report to be developed that is not already within the features of StockIQ, talk to StockIQ support. If we're able to together determine that a custom report is the best solution, then we will create a custom report for you, which will be available in the Custom Report screen. Custom reports are not create-able by end users.
IMPORTANT: Creating custom reports is possibly a billable event, which StockIQ will make you aware of before completing the report if this is the case.
Retrieving Results from a Custom Report
Retrieving results is very simple:
- Select your custom report from the list of custom reports
- Click "Get Report"
The results will be displayed, and you can export them etc. from there.
