Summary
The Receipts Detail grid appears as a tab on the Vendor Scorecard and the Lead Time Viewer. It shows every receipt that matches your filters.
The grid has many extra columns that aren't shown by default. You can add them to your analysis alongside the default columns.
Column Description
- Item Info
- LT Calcs? – Shows whether this receipt is used in lead time calculations. A receipt is left out if it hasn't been received yet, it's older than the lead time history window in Global Lead Time Settings, it's been excluded, or it's expedited.
- Exclude? – Check this box to exclude the receipt from lead time calculations, Vendor Scorecard reporting and Supplier Review reports. This is useful for strange or bad data, such as goofy blanket PO situations or data entry mistakes. You need the Edit Receipt Exclusions permission to change this box. Without it, the box is read-only.
- Expedited – Shows whether this was an expedited (emergency) shipment, as flagged by your ERP. Expedited receipts are left out of lead time calculations and on-time scoring automatically, because they don't reflect the supplier's normal performance. The Vendor Scorecard counts them separately.
- Shipment Code – The shipment or receipt identifier.
- Item – The item ordered and received.
- Site – The site where it was received.
- Stock IQ PO / Stock IQ Line # – The StockIQ order number and line number.
