Process
StockIQ calculates recommended safety stock, target, and max stock values, so that you have a range within which you are ideally planning.
Additionally, we calculate Max Stock and Preferred Max Stock, as well as an excess threshold, above which you are in Excess
Planned Overstock
Preferred Max Stock < On hand for item < Max Stock
You do not wish to be here, but you have to be because of your supplier, so it is planned, if not desired.
Overstock
Max Stock < On Hand for item < Excess Threshold
